What to do the night before your party/shower:
1. Prepare your fruit - wash, cut, and put your fruit into the dishes that will be put out on the table and cover with plastic wrap in the fridge.
2. If fridge space permits, pour juice into pitchers. If not, this step can easily be completed the next day when you're putting your table together. Note: you may even want to soak some fruit in champagne overnight and have it out as part of the snacks for your party. Just be sure to label that they're soaked in champagne in case there are guests who won't be consuming alcohol at the party.
3. Chill champagne in fridge

4. Lay out your table - put out champagne flutes, ice bucket (with no ice), spoons for scooping out fruit, etc. Be sure to leave spaces for the juice pitchers, fruit dishes, and champagne bucket(s).
5. Decorate - place your labels, framed signs, decor, etc. out and have it all ready to go.
