1) Have guests roast marshmallows over an open flame (if you are having an outdoor reception, this should be pretty easy to do)
2) Dip marshmallows in hot fudge
3) Roll marshmallows in Graham cracker crumbs (or crushed Smarties, or crushed peanuts...I could go on and on with topping ideas!)
